Product Information

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees. Prices may change without prior notice. The final payable amount will be shown at checkout.

Orders

ZHURI reserves the right to accept, cancel, or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing error, payment issue, incorrect customer details, or suspected misuse.

Payments

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including prepaid payment and Partial Cash on Delivery where serviceable. Online payments are handled by secure third-party payment gateways.

Partial Cash on Delivery

Partial COD requires a ₹100 online advance to confirm the order. The advance is part of the order total, not an extra charge, and only the remaining balance is collected on delivery. Availability may depend on product, location, or courier serviceability. Customers must provide a valid phone number and complete delivery address.

Shipping

Orders are shipped through third-party courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, courier delays, or other external reasons.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Returns & Exchange Policy. Customers must raise requests within the allowed time period.

Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate details while ordering. ZHURI is not responsible for failed delivery due to wrong address, wrong phone number, or customer unavailability.

You agree not to misuse the website, copy content without permission, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for fraudulent activity.

Limitation of Liability

ZHURI is not liable for indirect losses, delivery delays caused by courier partners, or issues beyond our reasonable control.
